Description: Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tank and in French oak barrels of 600L.
Grape: 100% Sauvignon blanc
Tasting notes: Stony and lively with mineral citrus fruit and some lovely cabbage and grapefruit highlights. Nice green hints here. Has good acidity.
