Mas des Agrunelles
Description: golden yellow colour with light green
reflection. On the nose, we note aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, pears
and fresh exotic fruits. On the palate, the wine is dry with a frank attack and
a fruity substance; the finish is fresh. Very low dose of sulphur (2g per
hectolitre).
Grapes: 50% Grenache Blanc, 50% de Marsanne
Food and wine pairings: pairs perfectly with roasted prawns or scallop carpaccio with citrus
fruits.
